• NOTE: The 25 feet and 48 feet models do not connect. Please buy the same model/length if you want to link multiple string light cords.
• TROUBLESHOOTING: If the bulbs are not lighting up, UNPLUG the product from the electrical outlet. Tighten (or loosen) the bulbs in the sockets. The tip of the bulbs needs to touch the metal tab inside the socket for the light to turn on. If this doesn’t work, then pull the metal tabs up for each socket a little bit. If 1 or more bulbs are still not lighting up, then replace the bulb(s) with a working one(s). If the bulb(s) light up, then please contact us for replacement bulb(s).
