• TROUBLESHOOTING: If the bulbs fail to illuminate, start by disconnecting the product from the power source. Adjust the bulbs in their sockets by either tightening or loosening them. Ensure the bulb tips make contact with the metal tab inside the socket for illumination. If this step is ineffective, gently lift the metal tabs for each socket. Should one or more bulbs still not light up, consider replacing them with functioning bulbs. If the new bulb(s) illuminate, please reach out to us for replacement bulb(s).
