Slope Ceiling Kits enable the installation of any Modern Forms Downrod Ceiling Fan on slanted ceilings with an angle of up to 45 degrees. (IMPORTANT: The kit contains a replacement Hanger Bracket, Knuckle Ball, and Canopy Cover. Please note that the downrod is not part of this kit; use the one included with your fan or buy a separate downrod (SKU # DR-XX) if a longer length is required).
Available in a variety of finish options to match your fan finish.
